Over the course of the past 30 years, this husband-and-wife team has been the driving force behind the creation of a number of media, creative arts, technology, and food and beverage businesses.

Firstly, we have rehabilitated the disused dairy and retrofitted it for an artisanal cheese factory, featuring les caves d'affinage and using milk that is sole-sourced from a local family dairy.
Secondly, after a century's absence, we have re-established a market garden on the property prioritizing heirloom fruits and vegetables and utilising agro-ecological farming principles. We have also built a raised bed herb garden and asparagus garden.
Finally, the historic Melville Park stables are home to our Farm Shop and will become the barrel ageing room for a new distillery. Here we will feature Calvados-style apple brandy, whiskey and a vareity of liqueurs featuring the terroir of the Harvey region.
Winter veggies are now growing. The Farm Shop is open every Saturday morning where we sell our range of farm-made cheeses and fresh fruit and veggies. Spirits are in barrels and will be ready late '24..
We are also open for private events (we've hosted a few already) and private tours on the farm throughout the year.
